4.71 kosong!
edwin mudik ke indo, ebi ke brisbane.
ya udah, jadilah daku dan muti jaga basecamp. lumayan seru lho, soalnya teman2 kita yang baik2 hati bergiliran nemenin gue ama muti (hah? digilir? *DJIGH!* ). seinget gue sih .. ga pernah aja tuh gue dan muti yang bener2 berdua aja semalempun.
SABTU, 25 JUNI
uchie ama aldy nginep. sempet ditinggal ke kota timur pula! hahaha .. maap ya kalian. muti ama aldy masak sosis ama omelet untuk makan malam. anjer, enak bets dah makan makanan hangat dingin2!!
lalu malem2 kita nonton shaun of the dead. aslilah tu film! dodol banget! bego tapi enggak norak gitu loh! (Brit movie gitu loh!)
gue cinta banget ni film!
apalagi karakternya si shaun. bodoh, telmi, odong, tapi loyal abis sama temen2, ceweq dan keluarganya. aaawww ...
trus bokap tirinya, si philip juga dodol banget! huwakkakaka! aslilah! (bill nighy gitu loh!)
wajib punya ni pelm!
abis nonton itu kita nonton disney's hercules. deee .. ngakak2 dong semalem sampe2 suara ngorok si oom dukun ga kedengeran! filmnya abis, si oom terbangun aja dong. ya su, uchie ama muti tepar, gue ama oom dukun ngobrol2 sambil ngeliatin video2 klip jaman 80's gitu. aaiihh ... cinta bets deh gue sama musik 80's.
oya, ngobrolnya sampe jam 6 pagi ...

gue diajakin makan di tempat bude gue di skye. si muti gue tinggal, trus demmy gue mintain tolong nemenin doi abis kerja.
pas gue balik ada pasta salmon aja dong di samping kompor! asli, enak bangeeett!!!
sebelum tidur, baca Conan 41 dulu ... hehehe ...
SENEN, 27 JUNI
muti lagi stress ngurusin examnya.
malam ini kita ditemenin wika (yang ngikut ke 4.71 setelah dipancing baked pasta!). abis makan, gue ama wika cerita2 soal SNKI, soal mantan, soal kecengan, dll.
lagi ngobrol2 sama wika, tau2 dong jam 3 gitu, si muti keluar liang kamar nanya2 "wika, lo tau ga bisa dapet doctor certificate di mana jam segini?"
anjer!
ya udah, setelah doi konsultasi sama richard (yang konon skip exam juga), udah dong .. dia ikutan ngobrol aja ama gue dan wika sampe jam 6.

asli ... ngobrol sama mereka tuh seru banget! apalagi pas radith ngomongin ceweqnya ("wallpaper itu wallpaper!!"). sumpah tu bocah kocak banget!

gilaa .. stress ga sih lo? yang pulang tuh bukan cuma satu orang, tetapi DUA! DUA!!

malem ini kita ngape2 di kafe pengkolan san giorgio. ada ... gue, uchie, muchay, aji, anaz, wika, juna, demmy, ogie, robbie dan beberapa temennya anaz. asli rame banget!
dan seru banget!
abis ngafe kita ke 4.71. ngejubrek aja di situ. gue sama aji nonton A Night With Paris di kamar edwin. basi abis tu bokep! aslilah! gue sama aji yang ngantuk gitu nonotnnya.
akhirnya kita cerita2 aja.
di luar orang2 lagi pada nonton texas chainsaw massacre versi re-make. film biadab itu! najis! eneg abis gue nontonnya! ogah deh!
malem2 tau2 aja si oom dukun dateng ... mabok abis pub crawl doi.

huwaaa .. aji sama anaz pegi!
yang nganter dong, 5 mobil (ato kalo kata juna ... kampanye 5 mobil). ada mas agus sama kepin juga pas pagi2nya.
trus melepas kepergian dua penghuni 1.17 itu ... sekalian dong, nungguin si bodat biang adek gue alien. weh .. mainan datang ... mainan bodoh datang ...
bayangin men, doi dateng ke ostrali bulan2 gini dan dengan indahnya ga bawa jaket dong! set dah ... !
pulang ke magill dianterin demmy, alien naro tas, terus kita nonton shrek 2.
gue ketiduran dan bangun2 tu pelm udah diganti aja ... tebak diganti apa?

i've seen batman begins!
watched it with richard, jacky, ricwan and their friends (ebi watched it the next day. alone. i'm sorry, hun, you said you were broke. i'll make it up, promise!)
it was so FUCKING WICKED! the best non-Tim Burton Batman movie!
well, since it wasn't tim burton's, so the city of gotham was obviously brighter, and it's less surreal. but christopher nolan got his own was to create the mysteriousness of gotham city, which i dare say was much better than joel schumacher (i felt it's a disgrace that i once thought Batman and Robin was the best batman movie!).
and it's full-packed of fantastic british actors, baby! well ... lacking in british-accents though ... save Liam Neeson, who gave a fan-bloody-tastic performance. he was amazing with all those ninja moves! the training scenes were awesome!
the cinematograph was alright and the soundtrack was great. am still wondering if there would be sequels to this one, though.
christian bale was great as young bruce wayne with the burden. michael caine also did a good job as alfred, though i still think michael gough's was more laid-back. cillian murphy was wicked as the scarecrow. love those cold blue eyes, baby.
he did better as villain than in 28 days later, y'know?
let's not forget mr. gary oldman, shall we? i think he's too cute as james gordon! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! he's wonderful as usual, unrecognisable behind those moustache (ebi didn't recognise him!) but, not quite stealing the screen as usual, eh? i would say it was mr. neeson who did the job.
kudos, mr. neeson!

now, really, would it be fun if there was a sequel?

but .. i don't know ...
i went home to BENT, to anaz's place first, cuz i promised puyi-san to chat with her. there was ogie browsing on ebay. but not long enough, ebi came ... and he started, 'what're you doing here? you were sick! why're you wandering around? you supposed to take a rest, you naughty!' and anaz asked, 'she was sick?' then ebi replied, 'yeah, she was sick yesterday. she was staying at uni and then she got down with the fever. if she got down again, i won't take care of her, we'll see.'
i love you too again, sweetheart ...
but then, we had this fun chat with puyi-san anyway ...
went back to ebi's place at three in the morning.
i woke up at 1.27 on the next day ...
it was raining heavily. don't blame me ...
went to rundle mall with ebi, cuz he said he needs to get his eyes checked. he couldn't read what's on the telly from the couch that was about 2-2.5 metres away! then he bought this cool shoes at myer (by the way we swaped shoes ... :| ) and went shopping at woolies, we met richard and jacky there! on the way home i bumped to efvlyn.
how small adelaide is?
at night, i worked at aia dinner with anaz, emma, widia and mba vita. it was really fun! (the money's alright as well :P )
later on, my colin farrel called and we'll have a date on tuesday for madagascar. yay!
i went to anaz place to use the net.
ebi and ogie was there. i was just sat on the couch waiting for my turn to use the net the ebi asked me to go upstairs. great.
i did a quick look at my yahoo!mail and friendster, though ...
well .. that bloke o'mine might be a little bit dodgy and asking for a Russian Roulette, but i love him ...

Russian Roulette, anyone?
oh God, i've completed my fifth semester! that means i only got one semester to go!
aaarrrgghhh!!

(God, is this how ben affleck feels towards marriage? it's creepy, man!)
right, i spent my last days of fifth semester at the uni. literally. here's the story ... my final class would be multimedia on thursday afternoon, and before that i have to submit my work to one of my lecturer, drew, at 9.30am. so there i was, wednesday night sitting in front of the computer. chatting. really, man! i was chatting with ebi, uchie, muchay, edwin, juna and didie. i was so fucked up i don't know what to do!
then muchay told me that she might staying over at the uni. so, i thought instead of working after midnight, staying at bent and come back in the morning, why don't i finish it off in one go of a night then home and have a nice bloody sleep? so i join her and edwin to stay. which later we've got more companion from ridwan, rino and richard.
i finished my work around three in the morning, then i went back to the computer pool (i was working in the macintosh room on the fourth floor, and the computer pool was on the third). i chatted woth ebi and juna. ebi and i got this dreadful "miscommunication" (read: talking in CAPS, english, f and s words and indonesian slang, which means bloody awful!) until five in the morning. then i signed off and take a walk around uni with a feeling that a Russian Roulette sounds damn fucking good at that time.
so i stayed with muchay, helping her with the essay. i felt bad for her, though, cuz i was more like torturing her boyfriend distracting her more than helping. she told me that ebi told me to go home and not staying at the uni. but, really. honestly, i was thinking that if i went home that night i was quite sure ebi would do the russian roulette to me himself. personally.
what make it worse ... i can't cry out of it. even i felt like tearing my eyeballs out!
edwin, muchay and i went home around eight-ish. i took a quick snooze at muchay's before handing my work to drew.
and came more reason for me to do the roulette.
1. mounting board, part 1
my work has to be mounted, so drew said. so i ran to eckersley's to get the boards. they're twelve fucking dollars! Jesus Christ!! okay, you win, bastards! my money's yours!
2. printing
i did the printing at the city east campus. started with me couldn't find the student's association. good God! i know city east campus was a great building and all that, but PLEASE fucking PLEASE put such important and useful service in a more friendly location, will ya, eh?
when i found the sa, it was already 9.30. fan-fuckin'-tastic!
i told the lady there which files i wanted to be printed ('that one on a4 and 160 paper, please.'). then she started clicking and all puzzled how to do it. God, i swear i felt like i want to take the bloody mouse from her hand and do it myself.
when she finally printed it .. it was on 80gsm paper!! guess what she said to me?
"did you say you wanted it on 160? i don't know where they put them."
do you want me to do a russian roulette to you, woman?
that's it. it's half past ten. i called drew telling i've got a russian roulette issue printing problem and if i could send the works through e-mails instead. he said yes.

3. mounting board, part 2
i can't fucking refunded it!!
so i went back to bent and borrowes edwin's keys to his room. i took off my lenses., and i swear my eyes were as red as gary oldman in dracula! i crashed on the couch. then ebi woke me up and told me to sleep in his room. right, he might as well roulette me while i'm sleeping! so i stayed.
then he dragged me.
half past one, i woke up for the class at two. i don't give a damn i would be late, what was in my head is to go to city west, finish and submit my work and get my nice sleep.
did i get my sleep?
no, i got a fever instead! it all started when i'm lying down in ebi's room after the class ... with two quilts and i'm still freezing! then i felt that i was blushing up to my brains. plus ebi played akon's lonely repeatedly. after 108137465922846th repeat, i can't take it anymore, i moved to edwin's room and watched the simpsons. without any sight aid.
all i can see is yellow.
moments later, ebi came and felt my forehead and neck, then he left. came back with a tablet and a glass of water. 'drink this,' he said. so i had it. then i watched again, but ebi said, 'go sleep in my room and who told you to watch tv? you're sick, you got that? why you were such a stubborn? i told you to go home not staying at uni, look at you now. now, i want you to sleep, get a rest, okay? i gotta go to the meeting." (there was a meeting for out independence day in august).
i love you too, sweetheart ...
i woke up at the time ebi came home. edwin came with my subway dinner from muchay (it's healthier than maccas, believe me!). the time was midnight. ebi woke me up to have dinner and med. after dinner, he told me to go back to sleep (but there was loveactually on foxtel!)
i woke up the next morning at ... one.
mental note to myself: no more two-hours-only sleep after workings (then was indonite decoration and now this, remember ... ?)

The Myth of Love
Do you ever wonder if you really have a soulmate?
Do you ever wonder why some people love their
same sex?
Do you ever wonder why some people love their
opposite sex?
And do you ever wonder why these love are
indestructible?
Why do most people seem to cannot live without
someone to love?
And finally, why is it that people do not know what
they have until it is gone?
Let me tell you about the Myth of Love...
It was said that before, in the origin of times,
there were three sexes;
male, female, and androgene.
Original humans do not look like how we humans
look today.
Humans before were said to be twice of each
person now,
with two heads, two pair of eyes, two pair of lips,
four hands, four feet, two bodies, two hearts, and
of
course two genitals.
Then, if the person has two vaginas, that is a
female.
If the person has two penis, that is a male person.
If the person has both the two different organs, a
vagina and a penis, then that person is an
androgene.
They said that androgenes were the most beautiful
people among all because they have mostly the
best features and characteristics of both the male
and the female.
Because these people dream of being in heaven,
even if they already have the heavens in their
selves, they want to experience it even for just a
little while.
And so they climbed to Mount Olympus.
Zeus got furious upon seeing the people going up
the mountain.
He said, "How dare these immortals climb our
wondrous world?
And to think I'd let them experience it!
Especially now that they do not cherish of what
they have!!!"
He got so mad that he used his lightning bolts to
cut each person in half to make them weaker
enough so as not to continue on climbing.
The God of Healers healed the wounds of the
people cut in half.
And from then on, everyone started to look out for
their pair the moment they got down from the
mountains.
This is why there is the term "soulmates".
Their bodies, in which their souls rest, used to be
one.
Therefore soulmates.
They said that this is also the reason why there
are
people who love their same sex, the gays and
lesbians.
They are the males and females before.
And this also explains why gays are creative,
because they are both males before,
they tend to concentrate on what they lack.
The same thing for lesbians.
Because they are both females before, they tend
to
be strong as not to be underestimated.
Androgenes would be equal to male and female
lovers.
That is why nowadays these couples are the most
acceptable, stronger, and the most beautiful
among all partners,
they have the strength of both males and females.
Lovers nowadays, whether gay, lesbian, or male
and female couples, are indestructible because
they are the pairs before.
They are really meant to be.
This myth also explains why it is natural for people
to just realize the value of the people they love
only when they are about to be gone or are already
gone.
Because this happened even before, and we
become weaker without our pair.
We realize that we need them, truly love them, and
that together, we are stronger.
This is also why we kiss.
We always try to find the lips wherein ours will fit
well.
This is also why we like to hold hands with the one
we love, to find out if the spaces between their
fingers are the spaces where ours used to lay.
And finally, this is why we always find someone to
love.
We always want to complete ourselves...
Because we need the strength of the one we love
in order to go on with the hardships of life...
we need to fill in a missing space...
and most of all, because we used to have two
hearts.
We need to find the other one.

ada apa dengan cerita serem
kelas scriptwriting tadi bosenin banget. padahal gue baru masuk duapuluh menit tapi gue udah ngerasa bosen. jadilah gue bikin draft buat blog entry ini. kemaren malem gue nginep di bent no reason pengen aja janjian sama uchie. yah sore sore gue janjian ketemu sama uchie dan mucci di central market ceritanya mo lunch gitu tapi ternyata gue baru selesai kerja di tempat bude gue aja jam dua terus dengan indahnya gue lupa kalo gue janjian ketemu mereka tuh untuk lunch ditambah gue belom sarapan yang bener sebelum ke tempat bude gue itu jadilah gue nyampe rumah mandi dan nyikat nasi di rice cooker plus ayam kentutki kentucky. dan gue baru ketemu sama mereka tuh satu jam setelah waktu yang dijanjikan kemudian adekku tertjintyah aji dateng doi baru selese kelas dan dia mau minta diajarin cara make macintosh sama gue. oke. lalu kita cabut ke bent setelah sebelumnya gue dan aji dengan enggak tau malunya indahnya minta makanan ke kipin di shogun.
hehehe
sekitar jam tujuhan aji dateng ke tempatnya mucci soalnya doi mo ikutan ke city west mau ke library buat mencari bahan assignmentnya yang harusnya due jam lima hari itu dan ga lama bro gue demmy telpon bilang kalo dia lagi ada di city enggak ada kerjaan ya udah gue ajak aja barengan kita ke city west. emang bro gue yang satu ini tobh banget deh dia bersedia nganterin kita ke city west pake mobilnya yang baru dicuci setelah lima tahun tidak ituh. setelah aji selese belajar mac doi dan demmy mo maen pool di empire demmy ngejanjiin gue segelas vodka sunrise selagi gue nungguin mereka maen. oke gue ikut. sembari bermain gue sempet curhat ke aji soal gue dan ebi. dead end. aji juga ga tau kenapa ebi jadi diem akhir akhir ini.
abis dari empire kita bertiga ngejembut ngejemput edwin dan mucci di library city west kemudian nganterin muti yang katanya kena kutukan library sakit kepala lalu kita bertiga nungguin uchie dan anaz turun lalu pergi ngafe. lagi ngafe ngafe gitu tau tau ogie dateng roman romannya doi abis kerja keliatan cape banget mukanya. selesai ngafe kita berenam naek ke tempatnya aji.
ya ampyun deh mereka pada ngokar aja dong di dalem ruangan men. jadi flatnya si aji dan anaz ituh smoke alarmnya udah dibungkus pake glad wrap jadi biar sampe tu apartemen digusur buat bikin galaxy express highway kebakaran beneran alarmnya ga bakal nyala dong. topik pembicaraan pun sampai di topik paporit di kala sejumlah anak muda berkumpul. cerita serem. cerita cerita mistik pun mengalir sampai jauh dengan sukses sampai tiba tiba di saat gue mendengar suara ketukan ketuukan halus yang entah dari mana si aji minta tolong kordennya ditutup. ketika ditanya kenapa dia bilang kalo di balkon ada ceweq berambut panjang. oke. kita tetep cerita terutama bang ogie yang punya banyak stok dari hari hari akademi marinirnya. kemudian aji yang ternyata di lokasi tempat tinggalnya di jakarta udah kaya mabesnya hantu.
gue sempet notice couch tempat ogie dan demmy duduk walaupun mereka cuma duduk berdua di situ entah kenapa kayanya ogie memberi ruang di antara dia dan demmy tadinya gue kira karena ogie mau nyender ke bantal putih di ujung senderan sofa tapi tau tau uchie bilang eh ceritanya udahan ya. anaz nanya emang kenapa chie. uchie hanya mesem mesem enggak jelas sambil melihat ke celah di antara ogie dan demmy dan jawab kalo gue bilang pasti elo semua kabur nanti. abis uchie jawab itu gue liat ogie hanya duduk mepet sekali ke senderan lengan sofa sambil nyengir nyengir aneh dan demmy bilang dia merinding. tiba tiba aja semua terdiam dan demmy langsung pindah ke sebelah gue. ogie masih mojok sambil nyengir nyengir.
setelah semua agak tenang demmy nanya ke uchie ada ya chie dan uchie hanya melihat ke arah ogie. ogie yang akhirnya menunjukkan tanda tanda kewarasan kehidupan bertanya balik ke demmy elo tadi duduk di sebelah gue enggak ngerasa ya kenapa gue duduknya jauh jauh dari elo. demmy hanya tertawa menggarami sambil menjawab yah gue baru nyadar kalo lo duduknya jauh dari gue tuh pas uchie ngomong berenti cerita itu gie. emang kenapa sih. ogie bertanya lagi elo beneran enggak ngerasa dem. demmy pun menjawab yah benernya sih gue sempet ngerasa nyentuh seseorang sih di sebelah gue gue kira elo gie. ogie pun tertawa bukan gue lalu ogie berpaling ke uchie lo liat chie tanyanya. uchie pun bercerita yah tadi sih pas gue lagi ga sengaja liat tivi gue liat ada putih putih gitu di antara lo berdua bentuknya kaya orang gitu gue kirain bantal putih itu gie tapi pas gue nengok ke elo koq bantalnya ketutupan kepala elo dan pas gue liat ke tivi lagi ada lagi putih putihnya. dan ogie bilang kalo dari tadi tuh ada suara suara yang enggak jelas asalanya dan ternyata di antaranya tuh suara ketukan ketukan halus yang gue denger.
oke jadi kita memutuskan untuk menghentikan cerita serem dan nonton film aja closer. ketika filmnya mulai lagu lagu dari komputernya aji masih terdengar jadi dia pun pergi ke kamarnya untuk mematikan enggak lama kemudian gue denger aji istighfar dan dia kembali duduk di sebelah demmy yang duduk di sebelah gue. gue melihat mukanya pucat dan dia gemeteran. gue pun bertanya ji lo liat lagi ya. dia hanya menganguk lemah. gue bilang ke demmy untuk tukeran tempat duduk. gue pun merangkul adek gue tersayang itu dan gue ngerasa aja dong dia gemeteran. kasian banget. gue pun berusaha menenangkan dia dan aji pun bilang ke gue di kamar gue tadi mo gue mo matiin komputer gue liat dari monitor ada di belakang gue cowoq gondrong setinggi ogie . gue takut mo.
setelah aji agak tenang gue ke kamarnya pake internet yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan curhat massal dengan demmy dan anaz. sekitar jam setengah empat ebi sms gue nanya mo tidur di tempat aji ato di kamar dia. akhirnya demmy dan anaz nemenin gue naek ke flatnya ebi.
kenapa ya orang orang sih tau kalo cerita serem tuh berarti mereka juga akan join dengerin sama kita tapi kalo orang orang ngumpul kayanya ada aja arah pembicaraan ke sana. yah mungkin kita emang ga bisa menghindar kalo mereka ada di antara kita. gue sih mikirnya selama gue ga ganggu dunia mereka semoga mereka juga ga ganggu dunia gue.
mental note to myself: jangan lupa sholat!

trus gue iseng buka2 prenster. gue ke account lama gue. trus liat2 ajah testis testimonial dari anak2, yg kebanyakan temen2 sma dan anak2 yg gue kenal di forum2 gituh ...
kemudian ada testis testimonial dari temen gue, Dindie.
gue baca .. dan .. sumpah gue ngakak! dia menyebutkan satu insiden yg gue sendiri udah lupa gitu loh!

Ada satu orang di kampusku yang mirip
banget ma elmo. Dari gaya jalannya,
rambutnya, everything..but male. Tapi,
nggak ada yang bisa ngalahin
kesaktiannya yang bisa batalin orang
shalat yang udah tahiyat akhir dengan
teriak "MAAAKK!" di kamar mandi.
Kayaknya sih obsessed sama manga-
manga-an (tapi kenapa nggak
jambu2an atau pisang2an ya? kenapa
cuma mangga?). Katanya dan
kelihatannya pernah sangat dekat ma
alvin...ehem-eheeeemm...cieee. Ada
satu hal yang buat iri...dia berhasil

counted from friday the 13th of may.
Ebi went to brisbane to visit his friend, and uchie went to canberra with other PPIA-SA people. so, BENTcommunity was lacking two of their members (two and a half, if you count Ogie, who went to canberra as well ... then sydney. then melbourne).
so, the four of us left behind hire some movies (Amityville Horror the 70's version, Top Secret!, Get Over It).
we watched Amityville, i thought this one's was so typical 70-80's horror, y'know? along with The Omen, Exorcist etc, etc ... it wasn't the special effects that frightened me in the 70's movies, but the aura. the movie's cinematograph was cool, though ... the view of autumn. great! love those red leaves.
Then ... Top Secret! God! i remember watching this the first time with Mas Ditto. we can't stop laughing the whole movie! the whole two hours! Jesus Christ! this one's was the greatest comedy ever! the thing is the jokes were original, y'know? not a parody of anything. pure madness! i love this movie! i must have the dvd!
third, Get Over It. a comedy of a guy who tries to get over his ex-girlfriend by joining a drama. shakespearean. a midnight summer's dream. the movie's funny. stupid. there's Shane West here with that pretty boy looking. me like.
that night .. i got down with a flu.
then ... on sunday, i met up with a friend at uni then i supposed to go back to Bent, but everyone's going to glenelg and if i didn't find someplace to lay down i'll faint. so i rang Hariyanto, and asked if i could crash in there. he said i could.
later on Hari, Jocelyn and Ricky watched Taxi. the Queen Latifah one. this one's funny, but i still prefer the French-Luc Besson one.
then ... The Shining. SHIT, MAN! that one's real genius!! another fave director to add to my list: Stanley Kubrick! God, the man's a genius. may he rest in peace.
i love this movie! it's spooky, frightening and ... God! i would love to watch it again! as well as Clockwork's Orange!
Monday night, i stayed at MasDitto's place, as i told in previous entry.
right, then Tuesday night, i stayed at Bent again. God, i felt bad to Mba Nana. i hadn't sleep at home since Friday night, man! Jesus Christ!
well, anyway, we were watching Shaolin Soccer, when suddenly Ebi got back. HUH?! i thought he supposed to be back on Friday?
then, today, Wednesday ... met up with Alison, my friend for pair-work in Scriptwriting class, working on our play analysis just to read an e-mail from our lecturer that today's class is cancelled.
so practically, i only got two classes for this week. yay ...
mental note to myself: flu/cold can be transferred trough a kiss ...
